Na základě workshopu jsem začal pracovat na strategii a definici služeb/produktů pro firemní zákazníky, včetně Go-To-Market strategie.

Na konci jsme zhmotnil strategii do propracovaných sales materiálů a navrhl firemní landing page, která bude sbírat leady.
